| Fifteen-year career spanning
all areas of television and video production. Wrote, produced, directed,
videotaped, edited and promoted state and national award-winning series
Adirondack Outdoors. Directed various program formats: sports, news,
magazine, game shows, live performance, telethons, and public affairs,
including nationally-distributed television program The Editors.
Produced video projects for commercial clients, including an award-winning
recruitment video for Plattsburgh State University. As Assistant General
Manager of WBVT-TV, I supervised the Traffic, Marketing/Promotions, Operations,
and Production departments as a cohesive working unit. Capable of producing
video in all formats, including digital and non-linear. Proficient on many
type of production systems including cameras, switchers, graphics platforms,
still-stores, various editing controllers including A-B and digital, audio
production, lighting, VTR operation, master control automation, systems
routing, satellite distribution, and digital video effects.

at WBVT-TV as an integrated whole: Marketing/Promotions, Operations, Production,
and Traffic. As Assistant General Manager I brought together the divergent
interests of these departments into a cohesive working unit. Developed
and maintained six-figure budgets, product inventory, and facility supplies.
Recruited, hired, fired, trained, and supervised employees at staff and
middle management levels. Organized operating procedures, including shipping/receiving,
inventory, accounts receivable and payable, personnel, technical infrastructure,
and operations. Received recognition from International Who's Who of Professionals,
